LONGEST THROW - male and female (2 prizes) (This is simply having a player throw from a fixed point to a receiver that will be running deep. The pass must be completed to count…) THROWING ACCURACY -male and female (2 prizes) (the player throws from a fixed point to three different targets at 10-20-and-30 metres…) 30-Sec THROWING RELAY - pair (2 prizes) (Two throwers face each other at 15-m and throw one disc back and forth as many times as possible without dropping it.) ZIG ZAG SPEED COURSE -co-ed pair (2 prizes) + individual male and female (2 prizes) (We’ll use cones to set up a zig-zag course that players must run through. The pair event is a relay – one runs through the course, tags the other, and he/she then runs back. Individual is a one-time sprint! |
